Fluor, Transurban and The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) know some things can't wait for traffic. That's why VDOT in partnership with Fluor-Transurban is working to advance two innovative projects that will provide travelers new choices and congestion relief, while supporting the region's continued economic prosperity.

The Virginia HOT Lanes projects on the Capital Beltway and I-95/395 will expand the region's most heavily traveled roadways. Together, the projects will create a 70-mile, congestion-free network for buses and carpools – providing a new choice for motorists when they need a faster, more reliable trip.
